The Big Star Lake Association is a voluntary association of property owners working for the common good of Big Star Lake. The lake is located in southern Lake County, just south and west of Baldwin, Michigan. If you would like to join, please print out this form (in Adobe portable document format - pdf) and mail it in with your annual dues.

Well it took a little longer than planned, but we are moving to our new website a piece at a time now. Send us an email with your ideas. We will have a members only section that you will need to request a username and password to access. In addition there will be a public part of the site for many items/events.
2010 Second Annual Golf Outing
The second annual golf outing of the Big Star Lake Association will be on Saturday, July 10, 2010, with a Shotgun Start. It will be held at Marquette Trails Golf Course. Details are now on the new website.

- April 1, 2010 - deadline for submissions to the Spring/Summer Newsletter including free classified ads and paid business ads
- June, July and August - Fishing Contest - 1st Day of Bass Season to Labor Day
- June 11-13, 2010 - Spring Road Clean-Up
- Boater Safety Course - Two Saturdays in June and/or July (details here)
- July 3rd, 2010 - Annual Meeting - 10 a.m., Star Lake Chapel
- July 3rd, 2010 - Boat Parade - July 3rd, 2010 at 7:30 p.m., Theme: "Holidays" (Click for Details)
- July 3rd, 2010 - Fireworks at Dusk (rain date, TBD)
- July 10th, 2010 - Golf Outing at Marquette Trails
- August 14, 2010 - Waterski Show at 7:00 p.m. NOTE TIME AND DATE CHANGE
- August 20-22, 2010 - Fall Road Clean-up at the Fire Station
- September 4, 2010 - Road Run at the Fire Station 15K and 5K
Association members can join one of our mailing lists: general email list or rental email list. Prospective renters who want to find a place to rent should email the renter group. Both groups are moderated to avoid unneccessary postings.
