Adopt-a-Road Clean Up -- Big Star Lake Association

Spring and Fall events

Twice per year volunteers are organized to cleanup the roadsides of the Big Star Lake area. The dates are on our main page. This is part of the Lake County Adopt-a-Road program. For more information, or to volunteer, please contact Butch Brackett at 231-898-2295. A particular family or group organizing the clean-up of each section around the lake. After they bag the trash, they are then able to leave it along the road for pick-up on Monday morning by county crews.
